Meet Our Therapist
Lauren Krieger is dedicated to providing the best care for your child. She has 12 years of experience and specialized training in oral motor, sensory processing, reflex integration and craniosacral therapy. She is also Upledger trained and collaborates with dentists, ENT specialists, IBCLCs, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care for our clients. Lauren is passionate about helping your child achieve their full potential, working for the why and providing support for families.

At OT 4 YOU LLC, we offer personalized pediatric occupational therapy services for newborns and older children. Our therapist uses a whole body approach, to help children develop the skills they need for daily life activities, including self-care, play, and school. We work to find the why! Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle touch using less than 5 grams of pressure, helps alleviate tension, restrictions and promote balance to facilitate function and performance of the body and central nervous system as well as other systems of the body such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.

Our workshops are designed to provide support and education for families. We offer workshops on a variety of topics, including feeding support, sensory processing, and reflex integration.
